Designed for seamless deployment in airports, malls, campuses, and business parks, the system delivers premium food service with the operational efficiency of smart automation.At its core, Bone Appétit™ integrates a dual-compartment storage system: a thermally insulated hot box for artisan bread and a temperature-controlled cold zone for deli-grade ingredients such as Mortadella and Provolone. Internally, the unit houses a sealed toasting and slicing chamber, enabling precision assembly and heat application-entirely without human contact. The interior environment is equipped with UV-C sanitation lighting, triggered after every service cycle to ensure food-safe conditions and continuous hygiene.From a user perspective, the experience is intuitive and visually engaging. The unit features a touchscreen interface with a friendly animated display that guides customers through their order.
